Shipping Details:

All UnSit Treadmill Desks ship from our warehouse in Indianapolis.  Orders typically ship within 2 business days, and can take anywhere from 2-9 days in transit.

We now ship all US orders exclusively with Fedex Freight (excluding Canada), to ensure that all shipments will be delivered consistently and with good care - and to give you the added benefit of full tracking transparency (most other freight carriers don't offer great shipment tracking).

There are three different shipping options at check out:

The Freight Carrier will deliver the pallet with your Treadmill onto your property, but they are not obligated to get it inside your home or office.

The Carrier will call and schedule a time window and the driver will move the boxes inside your home or office but they may not move it into a specific room. NOTE: In commercial office buildings the driver is only obligated to bring the treadmill past the “first threshold” of the building. They may not bring it up elevators or down long corridors.

InMovement will contract with a qualified treadmill technician in your area, ship your Treadmill to them and they will schedule an appointment, assemble and install your new Treadmill where you want it. The White Glove Service provider will remove the shipping carton and materials.

The Unsit Treadmill is packaged in a sturdy carton and strapped to a custom wood pallet for secure handling by the freight company. Once the treadmill ships, we will email you a tracking number (aka; PRO number). The freight company should call you to schedule a delivery but you can speed things up by calling the freight company when you receive your tracking number and schedule a delivery date. With curbside service the truck driver is only obligated to deliver the pallet onto your property. Sometimes they will help move it all the way inside but typically they will leave it on your driveway or move it into a garage if easily accessible. (See notes about Curbside Service or White Glove Service above).

Once on your property, cut the black bands that hold the treadmill to the pallet. You can either unpack the treadmill and wheel it in on a dolly or on the treadmill’s front wheels, OR, two people can carry the whole box inside by lifting the carton by the yellow bands, then unpack it once inside. In some cases, it is better to move the treadmill in while it is still in the carton as you can drag the carton on its side and the treadmill will be protected. In other cases it is better to remove the treadmill from the carton outside and have two strong people carry and wheel it in.

We’re so confident you’ll love your Unsit Treadmill that if you’re not happy in the first 30 days you can return it for a FULL REFUND, minus the cost of shipping.

Here's how it works:

If you purchased direct from InMovement, e-mail us for a written authorization/approval PRIOR to sending the product back. To receive your refund or credit, you MUST CONTACT InMovement via email within 30 DAYS of receiving delivery of the treadmill desk.

Items must be returned un-damaged and in good condition within ten business days of receiving written authorization from InMovement and MUST BE REPACKED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING and on the ORIGINAL PALLET.

(NOTE: if you have any uncertainty about keeping your treadmill, please make sure you keep the original packaging and pallet until you decide to keep the treadmill)

You must pay for the cost of the return freight to InMovement which varies depending on where you are located. Expect to pay between $280 and $500 for return freight. UnSit can help arrange for a freight company to pick up the product once it is packaged in its original carton. Return pick-ups are scheduled during normal business hours only.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect the treadmill and then credit your purchase using the original form of payment within five business days of receiving the product at our warehouse. Added delivery and installation fees will NOT be refunded (i.e. white glove or inside delivery).

Customer Reviews

I've walked over 280 miles in three months

I have led an incredibly sedentary life for the past 16 years sitting at a desk and working on the computer between 9 to 12 hours every weekday. Although I would valiantly try to exercise on the weekend to combat the ill effects of the work week, it has always been to no avail. The Unsit Treadmill has been a life changer. I now walk between 4 to 10 miles each weekday, even walking up to 13 hours one work day. It's very likely I'll exceed 1,000 miles this year. My BMI has decreased and my lean muscle mass increased and my overall health improves each day. Getting the blood flowing makes me more creative and focused at work and administrative stuff is no longer excruciating to get done. This is the ultimate multi-tasking machine for busy working parents. Try it, your health is worth the investment!

Great way to be more active while working from home

I am stuck at home 8-10 hours a day since a year, and I was not motivated enough to go do some fitness after that. This is a perfect way to keep yourself active while working, or sitting on calls... It is a great product, built like a tank, and fast enough. I use it typically at 1.3/1.4 mph, no need to go over that otherwise you end up sweating and mistyping a lot!! This is so wide so you completely forget it is there as well!

Unsit™ Under Desk Treadmill

I needed a second more active desk for my meetings as the pounds are piling up with the pandemic and working from home. I am so happy I got the best desk treadmill I could find. It is wide, short, sturdy and very very very quiet. The app works very well. Shipping from the US to Canada was a breeze. No hidden charges. I am doing 15000+ steps a day already. People first complained about me making them dizzy on Zoom when I first started. Soon, that turned to the envy of my perseverance. So far, great!

Loving it already!

I liked this treadmill over other brands because it was wider and shorter than the others. I had a limited space to put mine and this works perfectly.

I have only had the treadmill and desk around a week or so, but am already loving it. Like many others, I went from a normal schedule to a telework one. When in the office I was always running around and staying on my feet. With telework I was in a chair 8 hours a day for the most part. I would average 2-4k steps a day. And felt so sluggish after work I didnt even feel up to getting any exercise.

With the unsit, I start walking around 630am and stop walking at 3pm, with an hour break for lunch in the middle. I am averaging over 15k steps a day, using the 1.0-1.5 pace. I feel it in my legs at the end of the day, even though it is a slow walk. Slow and steady wins the race though. At 1.5mph, my heart rate stays in the mid-upper 90s, much better than the mid 70s while sitting.

The app isnt anything special. It sometimes stops counting my steps for no reason, and i have to reboot my phone in order to reconnect with it. It needs some polishing too. The icon on my screen is just a white dot, no logo or anything shows up. But it does sync with my fitbit so my steps transfer in. When walking and typing, my fitbit doesnt count my steps. But the unsit does, and later sends them over. Its not realtime sync, seems like maybe every hour or two it does. Again, its a bit buggy, but the support said they are actively working on the app. As long as the treadmill works though, I am happy. Which it does well. The app issues isnt enough to deduct a star in my book.

I have finally figured out the adjustment of the belt. Dont turn the allen key too much. Half a turn to a full turn of the left adjustment is plenty. Clockwise moves the belt right, counterclockwise to the left. My belt seems to like to be just off center to the left. Too far to the right and it starts making weird noises. So I just keep it a little to the left.

Thank you for a wonderful product. Hopefully I can drop the "covid 19 pounds" I have picked up while teleworking. Well worth the money.
