Should a component fail during the first two years of use, InMovement will arrange for a technician to come repair or replace any defective component – and we will cover the cost.

After two years, InMovement can still arrange for a technician to visit the customer, but the customer must pay the technician’s bill – this is typically around $200-$300 per visit, but could be more depending on the location of the customer and the issue being addressed.

Yes, the Unsit™ is TUV certified, meaning it meets some of the highest safety, quality, and sustainability standards in the world.

Safety Features: As part of the certification requirements, the Unsit™ includes specific safety features:

• A safety clip/lanyard that can be attached to clothing to stop the machine instantly if the user steps off or pulls the cord.

• Weight sensors that prevent the treadmill from starting unless a minimum weight (around 50 lbs) is detected, which helps prevent accidental activation by children or pets.

• An automatic shut-off feature that stops the treadmill if no weight is detected on the belt.

• A low maximum speed of 2.0 mph, which significantly reduces the risk of serious injury compared to a standard running treadmill.

InMovement treadmills come with the following warranties, valid only in the United States and Canada:

• Frame:  Lifetime
• All other parts: 2 years
• Labor to replace parts: 2 years

InMovement warrants our treadmills to be free of defects in material workmanship under normal use and service, for two years from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover: Damage that results from misuse, negligence or fading or discoloration caused by the product being exposed to direct sunlight.
