Shipping Details
All Unsit™ Treadmills and Standing Desks ship from our warehouse in Indianapolis. Orders typically leave the warehouse within 3–5 business days, with transit times of 2–10 business days, depending on location.
We offer three delivery options:
Curbside Delivery (Free)
The freight carrier will deliver the pallet to your property. The driver is not required to move it indoors.
Inside Delivery ($199)
The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window and bring the boxes just inside your home or office. In commercial buildings, delivery is to the first accessible entry only (elevators and long corridors are not guaranteed).
White Glove Service ($499)
A certified technician will receive your shipment, schedule an appointment, deliver the equipment to your preferred room, assemble it, and remove all packaging materials.

Handling and Setup
The treadmill ships securely packaged on a custom wood pallet. Once your order ships, we’ll send tracking details and the freight carrier will typically call to schedule delivery.
Upon arrival, cut the straps securing the pallet. From there, you can either:
- Move the treadmill while still boxed (recommended when space allows), or
- Open the carton and roll the treadmill inside on its front transport wheels.
For best results, we recommend two people to move the unit safely.

Returns
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied within the first 30 days, you may return your Unsit™ Treadmill for a full refund, minus return shipping.
How to Initiate a Return
If you purchased directly from InMovement, please email us within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Once authorized, we will coordinate the return shipment and schedule pickup at your location. Please allow 5–10 business days for carrier scheduling.
Return Shipping Costs
Return freight typically ranges from $250–$500, depending on your location.
Packaging Requirements
To ensure safe transport, the treadmill must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging, on the original pallet.
If the original packaging is unavailable, we will arrange professional repackaging, which may incur an additional $400–$500, depending on your region.
If you are unsure whether you’ll keep the treadmill, please hold onto all packaging and the pallet until you’ve made your decision.
Refund Processing
Once the product arrives at our warehouse, we’ll complete an inspection and issue your refund to the original payment method within five business days.
Please note that delivery and installation fees (e.g., Inside Delivery or White Glove Service) are non-refundable.

How It Works
Slide Underneath Your Standing Desk
Make sure there's at least 40" of space between the legs of your standing desk. Or you can pair your treadmill with the Unsit™ Standing Desk to ensure a perfect fit.
Select Your Preferred Walking Speed
The control panel sits on top of your desk and allows you to adjust your speed up and down with a single dial. The Unsit™ Treadmill runs between 0.3 - 2.0 mph, the optimal range for working while walking.
Track Your steps
Normal wearable devices can’t track steps if your arms don’t swing. The Unsit™ Mobile App pulls step data directly from your treadmill and syncs with your favorite health tracking apps, like Apple Health, Fitbit and more.
